Andover Glen at Cherry Creek
Andover Glen is a community of 99 homes along the east side of Parker Road, south of Quincy and north of Belleview, in the City of Aurora. The development began in the mid-80’s and completed in (insert date).
We are conveniently located 30 minutes from downtown Denver, 25 minutes from Denver International Airport, 12 minutes from the Denver Tech Center, 6 minutes from the 9 Mile Light Rail station, and are across the street (with a direct access) from Cherry Creek State Park.
Our community also has its own park along Shop Creek, which includes
two tennis courts.
All the schools in our area are part of the Cherry Creek School District,
one of the highest-achieving school districts in the state with 98% of the
schools ranked in the highest category of accreditation by the Colorado
Department of Education.
We have mandatory dues to provide for the maintenance and irrigation
of our park, common areas, entrances, trash and recycle collection, and
the Parker Road right of way.
There are nine homeowners elected to the Board of Directors.
