Re:  The Board of Directors of Andover Glen Homeowners Association has determined that, since you have not complied with our Covenants nor have provided a written plan of action for compliance within 5 days of written notice, your violation is now considered as a Second Violation of the Covenants of Andover Glen.

As specified in the Policies and Procedures of the Association, a fine may be imposed and further legal remedies applied until you have come into compliance.

As specified in the Policies and Procedures of the Association, you are entitled to a hearing on the merits of this matter, provided that you request such hearing in writing within 10 days of the receipt of this letter.

We would appreciate it if you would resolve this issue as soon as possible.  The Policies and Procedures of the Association provide for further escalation of this issue until it is resolved, including fines and other legal remedies.  We would very much like to avoid having to do this.  The Board has a fiduciary responsibility to all Andover Glen homeowners to insure that this issue is brought into compliance with our covenants.
