Re:  The Board of Directors of Andover Glen Homeowners Association has determined that you are in violation of the Covenants of Andover Glen.

As specified in the Policies and Procedures of the Association, you have 5 days from the date of this letter to come into compliance, or to provide a written plan of action for compliance.

We would appreciate it if you would resolve this issue as soon as possible.  The Policies and Procedures of the Association provide for further action on this issue until it is resolved, including fines and other legal remedies.  We would very much like to avoid having to do this.  The Board has a fiduciary responsibility to all Andover Glen homeowners to insure that this issue is brought into compliance with our covenants.
