AGHA PROPOSED COVENANT CHANGE

MEETING

MAY 16, 2007

The meeting was called to order by Randy Simpson, President of the AGHA at 6:05 P.M.  Homeowners present for the meeting were: Ron Adams, Bill and Betty De Long, Patti Estes, Fred Freeh, Bob and Bonnie Meyer, Debra Jones, John Macy, Frank Pelz, Randy Simpson, Royal and Mim Shields, Pete and Nancy O’Meara, Barb and Mitch Powell, Anne Stellmon, Cindy Wagner, Bill Windler and Mike Zabinski.  Mike Zabinski was the timekeeper for the evening.

Randy explained the purpose of the meeting was to discuss a proposed covenant change. 

Bob Meyer made a presentation in favor of the proposed amendment to the covenants, Randy Simpson made a presentation opposed to the amendment and Deborah Openheimer, AGHA attorney, made a presentation explaining legal issues and the recommendation from her firm about the proposed change.

 Ron Adams, Bill De Long, John Macy, Bonnie Meyer, Royal Shields, Anne Stellmon, Bill Windler and Mike Zabinski made statements of opinion regarding the covenant change.  Following these statements there was a question and answer period.  The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 P. M.  Everyone was invited to attend the AGHA Board meeting at 7:00 P. M.
