Norm cut down the apple tree that was leaning on north fence
Norm received another load of mulch for beds around tennis courts
Finalized two-year contract for mowing and irrigation
Norm also raised the question about cost of a sidewalk along Parker Rd

· Social – Curt Krall
Curt asked about interest in the annual Easter egg hunt. The turn out has not been good the past couple of years. Curt will check on interest for this year and pursue a sponsor if there is. Curt announced that he will be unable to attend the next couple of meetings.

· Preservation – Ron Adams
Ron has been asked about allowing sheds on the properties of AG. Several ideas were tossed out, not visible from street, with neighbors’ approval . In the end it was unanimously decide that we will stick with the current convenance that no sheds are to be allowed.
It was decided that we would wait another week before talking to the neighbors with trailers in their driveways.

· Safety – Bob Meyer
Bob has four volunteers for Neighborhood Watch that are going through the screening process. He still needs one more.
He received a quote to power wash and stain the fence and gazebo of $1717.00 I was confused as to whether or not he has other competing quotes. I believe he did but I didn’t get the numbers.
Bob began a discussion about the Spif awards and how the contributors would be compensated with ads. A criteria was determined of $35.00 + contribution would receive a business card size ad and less would get the bullet point ad like we current run for AG residents.

· Treasurer – Jan Guerra
Balance sheets and income statements.
Jan received the Dickerson dues from the auction.

· Welcoming – Cindy Wagner
Informed us that the Eckerts drug building was purchased by Goodwill to be converted into a retail store.

· Vice – President – Dave Kline
I received a quote from Emerald Isle for the plantings on the Saratoga island. It was priced with the roses and removing them. With the roses is $1681.00 and $1799.00 to remove them and plant flowers.
I want to get a couple more quotes, this is much higher then I would have expected.
The next meeting was scheduled for March 16th with Mr. Meyer as host.
Meeting adjourned at 8:35.
