Andover Glen Homeowner’s Association Meeting Minutes
Annual Meeting
September 20, 2004

1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at Sagebrush Elementary School at 7:02 p.m. by President Barbara Harrington.

Board Members Present: Jan Guerra, Ron Adams, Randy Simpson, Barbara Harrington, Curt Krall

Others: There 15 other Association Members Present and 3 guests.

2. General Business:

Presentation on the Fastracks: Kelli Nordini from the Pro-Fastracks group and Randall O’Toole, from Taxpayers against Congestion Each spent approximately 15 minutes giving their side of the issue followed by a brief Q & A from the group.

Introduction of Board Members: The board members were introduced.

Election of New Board Members: A sufficient quorum was in attendance and by proxy to hold a vote for 4 new members on the Andover Glen Board. (three 3-year terms, and one 2-year term) The results were as follows: For the 3 year terms: Cindy Wagner, Curt Krall, and Bob Meyer were elected to 3-years terms, Jan Guerra was elected to a 2-year term.

Special Motion related to convenents: A Special motion was passed allowing Mitch Powell to contact the Andover Glen attorney regarding legal tools the Association can use related to properties that are not in compliance with Association covenants.

3 Board Reports:

President & Wecloming - Barbara Harrington:
* Extra Food from the picnic was donated to “The Gathering Place”, charitable donation.
* Reported that one of the A.G. residents had inquired about a pool for the area. There was no support from those present to proceed with this and it was noted that the issue has come up before and had no support due to costs of upkeep, insurance, etc.
* Reported that new letters were to be added to all the AG brick monuments.
* Wondered if everyone thought the date for the picnic was good. It was agreed to let it stand as is (in September) for one more year and get more feedback then.

Vice President – (vacant)

Treasurer – Jan Guerra
* Annual balance sheet and income statements were presented to the group.

* A motion was brought forth and approved unanimously to put net operating income from the 2003-2004 fiscal year into unspecified reserves.

Safety – Dave Kline (absent)

Grounds - Norm Arlt (absent)

Secretary – Randy Simpson

· Asked for any articles for the newsletter
· Presented research related to the closing off of Chenango between Dillon and Wagontrail. There was no support among the group for moving ahead with this concept.

Preservation – Ron Adams
(nothing)

The General Meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m. Next meeting will be at Barbara Harrington’s House on Tuesday, October 19th at 7 p.m.
