Submitted by Randy Simpson, Secretary, Andover Glen Homeowner’s Association
1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at Randy Simpson’s home at 7:08 p.m. by acting Vice President Norm Arlt.

Others Present: In addition to the 6 board members, Bill DeLong also briefly attended the meeting.
2. General Business:
Disscussion of Covenant Enforcment: Association member Bill Delong brought up the issue of boat parking in the neighborhood. Bill has noted that at least one home in the neighborhood is parking a boat year-round on their property in full view from the street. As this is not allowed by the AG Covenants, Bill was wondering what the board is going to do about it, as he is paying for his boat to be stored off-site. Ron Adams, as chair of Preservation, indicated that he would look into the issue, and write and article for the newsletter.
