* Reported that the property at 14173 E. Layton Dr. was approved for a new tri-laminate composite roof.

* Reported on some research into political signs and found that Piney Creek had no restrictions except that they be taken down immediately after elections and no signs in windows or common areas.  Other areas have restrictions that signs be no greater than 6 sq. feet and be put up 2 weeks prior to election and taken down immediately after.  Generally most Associations don’t have specific restrictions on signs.  An initial suggestion for Andover Glen is to allow signs 45 days prior and taken down within 3 days after election.  A final draft will be review at the next board meeting.
