There will be a change to when you receive your invoice for our annual dues ($495).
Our fiscal year is July 1 to June 30, and invoicing on June 1 falls into the previous fiscal year and creates a bookkeeping issue. We can remedy this by moving the invoice date to July 1 (due by August 1) so that all recorded payments will now fall into the correct fiscal year.
After reviewing the covenants and bylaws, we feel this change to the policies and procedures is consistent with our governing documents.

The board members normally meet every month (except in December) on the 3rd Wednesday (except in September because of the annual meeting) at 07:00 PM, at: V-Esprit - 5240 South Shalom Park Circle - Aurora, CO 80015.
However and given the restrictions and safety guidelines required to contain the current pandemic, we currently meet through video conference and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. We will keep you informed as to when we revert to normal operations.
