After six years with no increase in HOA dues, the board voted for a small increase of $29. Trash & recycling account for $24 while grounds maintenance and watering add another $5.
The HOA has been able to absorb several years of cost increases from Republic, but could not do so this year. The trash and recycling cost per household is $150 and Republic provides us with two dumpsters every year, free of charge.
The annual billing, which will reflect the increase, will be sent out on June 1 and due on July 1. Checks will not be deposited before Wednesday, July 1.

There are only a few plots left available for rent at our community garden. If you are interested in reserving one of them, contact Norm Arlt at (303) 766-7344.
The rent for each plot is $10 per year.
The board members meet every month on the 3rd Wednesday (except in September because of the annual meeting) at 07:00 PM, at: V-Esprit - 5240 South Shalom Park Circle - Aurora, CO 80015
