Andover Glen Homeowners' Association Board Meetings


The board members normally meet every month (except in December) on the 3rd Wednesday (except in September because of the annual meeting) at 07:00 PM, at: V-Esprit - 5240 South Shalom Park Circle - Aurora, CO 80015.


However and given the restrictions and safety guidelines required to contain the current pandemic, we currently meet through video conference and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. We will keep you informed as to when we revert to normal operations.


All homeowners are welcome to attend these meetings.

Rentals in Andover Glen - Important Information


The "limited amendment to the amended and restated declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions for Andover Glen", pertaining to rental restrictions, is now available here and in the homeowner resources area of the website.

Important Communication from the President

Dear Andover Glen homeowners, neighbors and friends,


A quick update as Republic Services has notified us that they have resumed normal operations. You can therefore use your containers and trash bags again, while respecting normal rules from Republic.


AGHA Board Meetings: Until further notice, due to Covid-19, meetings will be held via Zoom. A meeting notice and agenda will be sent to homeowners on the Monday before the scheduled meeting on the third Wednesday of each month. Please contact a board member if you would like something addressed at the meeting during our AGHA Forum. The AGHA Forum is an opportunity for homeowners to address the board in person.


Architectural Change Request and Form: As warm weather approaches and people begin upgrades to their homes and yards, please remember to complete an Architectural Change Form (found on our website) prior to beginning any projects. This is a mandatory requirement and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation in submitting a form for approval before work begins. We have a dedicated team of board members and volunteers to quickly review your forms. The chairman of the ACC is David Estes, (dave.estes@redicarpet.com,) and all forms should be sent to him via email. The other committee members are: Andrea Levine, Anne Stellmon, Lynn Walton (board members) and two community members: Bob Stracy and Jay Johnson. Please let any of us know if you have any concerns or questions about the process.
